HOW YOUR CUSTOM TOPPER IS CREATED

1. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Choose your options and complete your purchase through Etsy.

2. SEND YOUR PHOTOS

I’ll contact you through Etsy messages and let you know exactly what photos and information I need.

Helpful photos include:

• Side view

• Back view

• Wedding dress or outfit

• Groom’s clothing

• Hairstyles

• Pet photos, if applicable

• Any special details you’d like included

3. I CREATE YOUR TOPPER

I’ll hand-sculpt your bride and groom, paying attention to the details you’ve provided.

4. PREVIEW & APPROVAL

Before the topper is permanently cured, I’ll send you photos so you can see your finished design.

5. FINAL FINISHING

Once you’ve approved the design, I’ll finish and cure your topper.

6. CAREFULLY PACKAGED & SHIPPED

Your completed keepsake will be carefully packaged and shipped to you with tracking.

A NOTE ABOUT MY STYLE

My figures are handmade cartoon-style representations, not realistic portraits.

I use your photographs as references to capture recognizable features, hairstyles, clothing and personality, but the finished figures will have the whimsical, handcrafted look that makes my work unique.

Because every topper is individually handmade, small variations are natural and part of the character of handmade artwork.

Because your topper is made specifically for you, custom cake toppers are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging so I can help determine the appropriate next step.
